This is a great back up battery. It can charge more than one device at a time wich is convenient and it can charge them multiple times not just once. It is a little bigger than what I thought but nothing that would make me regret purchasing this item.

This is a great charger and will charge my phone and tablet several times on one charge. I have to travel a lot for work and this is a great way to charge my devices while on a plane. The price I paid on the deal of the day sale was awesome.

This charger is AWESOME! You can charge 2 devices at once & it's so compact you can take it anywhere! And best thing is, you don't have to depend on power outlets to charge in places like Airports, Drs. offices, etc. Love it!

My son took this charger on a 10 day camping trip. Although it didn't get the 11 full charges as advertised, it did get him about 8 charges on his Galaxy S7 Edge. He admitted that he used it while charging, which probably caused the longevity to be compromised. Overall, a good deal.

great unit... compact enough given the capacity... the box stated that it came with a full charge... only had 1 bar of charge in it... didnt help me when i ran into best buy to pick this up since my phone was dead... after a full charge it lasts forever and fits perfectly in my backpack

The sales personal helped me pick out this battery pack, he said this was a good product. I been using this pack for several pieces equipment, this battery pack lasts along time just follow the charging instructions. I highly recommend this product.

Used this during a camping trip with the family, while only 75% charged it held up pretty well keeping all our celphone running to play music and some videos. I was hoping it will give up early enough so no more phone for my son.

I purchased over 2!years ago and am amazed at how long it holds its charge and is ready when I need to during power failures to charge my phone fully at least 3 times. Money well spent!

Bought it for my iPad since I use it for work and study and I’m always on the run. Came in handy for when Hurricane Irma passed through Puerto Rico and there was no power for over a week. Very useful and a gadget everyone should have!!!

I have several power banks and this one seems every bit as reliable as the other. It has a nice feel to the case not slippery or to large for its capacity only time will tell about its its longevity. But for the price its great.

Even if it didn't get the 11 charges I had read it would, it did get plenty, and that was with me running multiple apps on my phone while charging it. I wish it came with its own wall adapter for the charging cable, but I just used my Samsung tablet one and it worked fine.

Should have bought this a long time ago. So convenient not to have to look for a plug to charge our phones all the time. So nice when my husband & I are in the car, we can both use this, AT THE SAME TIME, to charge our phones.

We bought this when we went camping and it is definitely worth it. We can charge 2 phones at a time and will charge quite a bit of times. Could not give an exact amount because we haven’t made it to complete juiceless Lol

20,000 of power is probably way more than I need when I’m on the go. Plus side I can charge the battery pack once and it will last me a couple of days. Negative side it takes a long time to charge, but it’s worth the wait

I can't believe I didn't buy this before. Omg it's a life saver. I have bought re chargeable phone cases for my phone and let me tell you those die faster than this does. I get about almost 6 charges out of if it before I recharge it.

As far as I know she has not had any issues.. at least she hasn’t said anything to us... I don’t know how many charges she gets from it tho.. down side it was larger than I expected and would be better for someone who had a bag to carry it in vs your pockets
