Very good portable charger.Lot of power enough for one week!

I love this product because it charges my phone really fast.

use it almost everyday and I never run out of battery power

I am giving this product for three stars because this is a very high capacity power bank. You can charge your iPhone and iPad a couple time. However, this powerbank is a littlebit heavier and thick, it is not easy to carry around.

I was only able to order the portable charger on line for the sale price that was advertised. When I went to pick up the charger, it was a lot heavier that what I anticipated. Kept the charger anyway for the price I paid.

Not the ideal charger for carrying with you, since it is huge and heavy! But good for leaving in car or hotel room while your device is charging. Full battery will charge my Samsung about 3 to 4 times, not near what they claim.

Works fine but I don’t think it’ll get as many charges as it describes, plus nice and narrow but is heavy for a portable I’m comparing to mophie portable that I currently have no where as big or as heavy.

I previously purchased a portable charger that didn't really work. I saw the reviews on this one and it was on sale so I figured I would give it a try and I'm so glad I did. I should have purchased a few more to give as gifts.

It’s heavier than I thought it should be. I didn’t use this as frequently as I did my Insigna portable Charger that is comparable to this T . It worked fine for probably the first 20 uses then it seemed like there was a short in charging cord - like work then not then work constantly but after trying different cords even a brand new Apple cord... it’s yhe battery itself that seems to have an issue giving charge. I’ve only had it for about 15mths . My other one I’ve had for at least 3 yrs almost using it daily.

This power packs are awesome. I bought them in preparation for hurricane Harvey, I’m thankful I didn’t have to use them through the storm. But ever since then I used them on and off n they work good

I have using this for around 2 years. No complaints , still works. Tha charging time has increased though, I almost have to leave it plugged for 15+ hours to get it fully changed.

The item has a huge 20,000 mah power supply. The draw back is.....it takes forever to fully charge the pack. I estimate approximately, 7 hours or overnight during your sleep.

I bought this so I have extra power on the go for my laptop on the go, since my laptop is powered via USB-C. It will also power up my phone and tablet and still have reserves left over.

I would have given it a 5 but it didn't have the actual plug to plug into the wall you have to supply your own plug. It only have a USB cord and the one I had before you could plug it into the wall to charge the unit.

I do construction and this works well in my job box when power outlets are out of sight. It allows me to charge my phone safely out of sight from potential thieves.
