Cord issues

I have to use alternative cords, which barely work. This has happened to two separate pocketjuice items I've purchased.

Heavy, slow to charge

I only get about 4 charges (phone). It also takes over 12 hours to re-charge it and only works with computer USB, not a wall charger. Disappointed.

Convenient to have

The cord to charge it is very short and makes it hard to maintain a good connection to complete charging because it keeps getting pulled out.

Usually if I just plug in the charging cable I didn't need to turn on the battery and this battery you have to turn it on or it will not do anything. It also takes longer to charge.

May not be perfect

I plugged it in the charge but the full 4/4 lights will not glow - does this mean that it’s defective? I’m going to try to run the battery out of power and hen recharge.
