Battery life isn't as great as advertised and does not have fast charge for androids.

With such a huge mAh power supply. The device does take some time to fully charge and with it fullycharge. i dont believe its true to the mAh stated.

I charge this thing all day and it doesn't even charge completely! It does charge my phone fast but it's irritating that it doesn't charge fully.

The product takes very long to charge up and its very heavy. It charges slower than my other devices. When charging it up it stops after a couple hours and you need to plug it back in. It works but I don't recommend this product. I feel it should perform much better for the price paid. I purchase two less expensive chargers for my kids and they work much better.

Works well and has the ability to charge phone multiple time but once I went to recharge the pocket juice it would not charge over half way.

I love this power bank. But lately it's been not charging properly. Or maybe it's been completely dead battery that I need to let it charge full. But so far it's awesome

However after almost two years of use the battery finally stopped charging. It took very long to charge didn't last long while charging.

I took it out of the box and despite the claim that it comes pre-charged, I charged it, and charged it, and charged it....for a total of 16 hours, and it only got to 50 percent charge. Piece of junk. I will never purchase Tzumi again. The manufacturer took no responsibility and told me that if I wanted to go through them, I’d have to ship it back at my expense. Very bulky and heavy, as well.

was hopeful, but even considering the great sale price I'm returning it and grabbing an Anker unit from Amazon (which BB carried Anker...)

This charger is ok. I’m not to happy so far. My phone says to connect to original charger. So I’m not a high fan so far.

Got it deal of the day and tried new portable bank and I still like my insignia products

Couldn't charge my phone more than once. Returned the item. Would have expected longer charge hold for this big of a unit.

The charger is fine but it doesn't charge the phone 11 times as claimed. I can only get 6 - 7 times otherwise it is good.

Looks good and no problems so far Not so fast to charge my iPhone I would recommend if price is below $25

Lightweight and can charge an empty samsung 5 note 3x before recharging. However, it is slow to charge

The battery take longer for a complete charge than my other batteries and it goes out faster

Charged the battery 4 times. In 5th attempt the charging port broke loose and could no longer connect the power supply to the battery to charge. This was on the 46th day of ownership. Fortunately the manufacturers warranty covered a replacement but wasn’t the same one. Overall, I am not satisfied.

The price was awesome...but it did not work well. I would have to plug and unplug the cable several times for it to work.
