Very short charging cord makes it difficult to charge

Got this for my fiancee in May of 2018 and it worked great for a few months, but it hasn't charged or held a charge in a very long time. It's just sitting there wasting space on the counter, pretty decent paperweight though I guess.

I was excited to get this item, being 20,000 mAh. I've used it less than 4 times, and already the ports do not work. I would think that for a $50 item it would hold out for a while longer than 4 uses. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the ports.

The device is poorly designed, has a very short usb cable, does not have adaptors for charging different devices. Unit is unable to charge my GPs due to incompatibility. Also, visually, the power bank is unappealing.

Instructions says it will take 10-15 hours to fully charge the product. Right out of the package, started charging for 24 hours, and only got to two (out of four) bars. Returning, stay away!

It don't work anymore. Can I return it? When I first received it, it worked great. Then all of a sudden only the first quarter charged and then nothing.

This battery stopped working after a couple months but it worked well before then.

Just bought pocket juice 200000 And 1 week later broke from usb connection very disappointed

I hope it would work with all the great reviews. But, Stopped taking a charge after 3 months

Not last one month, wasting time and money. Not recommended.

Ended up returning it 2 days after receiving it. Didn’t want to charge.

When I charging my phone so slow and takes long.better choose other.

I would turn it on and about 5 minutes later it would turn off

Don’t waste your time on buying something cheaper. This is a heavy duty and serious charging instrument. When I bought it out of the box it was already at three bars. Who knows how long it was sitting in there? Anyhow, to get to the bar with me and plug my phone in as it was nearly dead. After 15 minutes my phone was fully charged. At home, this would take at least 45 minutes. I couldn’t be happier

i own five and have used seven of these (bought from 2 different BBs in two countries, as well as two other major retailers), and have not had an ounce of trouble from ANY of them. first bought four as a last minute need to power a pair of gopro cameras for a continuous eight-day timelapse shoot. they each ran in 24+hour stints in from - 5ºF to about 40ºF temperatures. exposed to wind and heavy snow. no problems at all. if you have a higher power WALL charger. it was my experience that they charge from nearly dead to full in 6-8 hours. my only complaint is kind of petty. but i wish the visual indicator had more than 4 lights. as (for my uses) it would be handy to have a little more granular picture of remaining power. like the TP-LINK 15,600 that has six small lights (but is not available in the US)

From no power, the pocket charger took 10hrs to fully charge. A phone with 2700mah can be charged appx 4 times. Electronics with less power can be charged way more.
