Purchased this battery pack prior to going on a trip out of town since wife's phone battery seems to run low quickly. The only complaint (if I have any) is that it takes a few hours to charge from close to empty to full but that's to be expected for a battery of this capacity. I ended returning this battery in less than 24 hours ONLY because I was given another external battery as a gift which is regrettably not as good as this one but it was free.

This is one of the better portable chargers that I’ve bought and I’m pretty pleased with it. With a full charge I’ve been able to get 3-4 full charges on my phone (iPhone 7+) and it charges fairly quickly as well. I always carry it with me anytime I go on a trip or go out somewhere. I have yet to have an issue with it (owned it for about 5 months now). Would definitely recommend buying this one, well worth the value.

This battery is AWESOME! It lasts for about 12 hours without having to charge! I love Pocket Juice! (Must have a very HIGH mAh though as this one has)! ONLY negative, the battery port (where u plug in 2 charge) can become defective over time!! I had to buy a new one after about a year because of it! It would no longer charge bcuz inside wiring became loose or pieces came apart!

I had to get this because my power went off for almost a day during our first snowstorm of the season. And it charged my phone nice and though not as fast as wall outlet but fast enough and I could use it just fine. And now i have it to take with me wherever I go and if my battery is low I won't have to turn any apps off and al that stuff that you some times do to save battery life when it is low

I was tired of using a charger cord which plugs into the cigarette lighter device in my automobile when I needed to recharge my cell phone if I was not home. I purchased the Tzumi 10,000 mAH Pocketjuice power pack to overcome this problem. This unit can recharge my cell phone about 4 to 5 times before the power pack itself has to be recharged. I am glad I purchased this device. Now I can recharge my cell phone wherever I am.

This portable charger is PHENOMENAL! I can get 4 or 5 full charges on my iPhone 6 before I have to recharge the battery. It costs waaaaay less than most chargers with its capacity and has been totally reliable. They only thing you might want is a larger charging chord for convenience when you charge the battery. The supplied chord is about 3"

I bought this for my trip to NY City. Since I was going to be walking around a lot, and taking many pictures, I needed something to keep my phone charged up for the daily sight seeing. This battery pack kept it charged all day long, and when I got back to the hotel, still had about 1/2 a charge left. Definitely worth the convince of not having to find a 120v outlet in the Nation's strangest city.

I purchased this charger for a trip to the Caribbean and did not have to worry that I would run out of power for my IPhone or IPad at the airport or for the entire week of my trip. I charged it once prior to leaving for vacation and did not have to charge it again, and used it several times during the week! Be prepared to give it 6-8 hours of charging time initially, but after that, you are good to go!
