This portable charger has been used on my Samsung Phone & Apple iPod. There are 4 bars and I would estimate about 1 bar would fuel my phone at the 60% level with a bit to spare for the other tech ware. At the 30% level at full charge about 3 bars would fuel my phone. The Ipod doesn't express levels like our phones and tablets so I can't estimate. I can say I had my Ipod down to 25% and it took almost all bars on the charger to fuel it to about 80%. It's not expensive but it's not $19.99. I got mine on what best buy considers a "sale". It impressed me enough that I gifted one to a family member.

I bought a smaller off brand unit and it would only change my iPhone 7+ half way. This thing has no problem charging it and it does it pretty fast.

This charger works pretty good. I was rather surprised as to how well it works. It will charge about 2 times depending how low of a charge you may have on your devise.

I've used it once so far and I like it a lot. I play a lot of games on my phone and the battery dies quickly, but with the charge I can play for hours and hours now.

Good power bank, it's held up for a while now and holds a charge and has a good battery life. Only annoying thing is the blue led that blinks when you are using it.
