not a good backup battery

Your phone's battery will run down. It makes a poor backup battery for this reason. BTW, "tsumi" means "sin" in Japanese.

doesn't charge when phone goes to sleep

For this reason I do t recommend this product. I was able to charge the phone while awake or shutdown.
