I’ve had better portable chargers than this. Not that great for traveling!

I fully charged it before I went on a trip and when I plugged in my iPhone 6, it would not charge it. I plan to bring it back to Best Buy to have them make sure it is not a defective product.

Bad Service Bad Product

I bought two of them for myself and my daughter. Both of them have the same issue with flemmsy connections. I was ok with it still because I figured I couldn’t get them repaired or replaced. Well bestbuy redirected me to the supplier. I then went online just to find out they don’t have a phone number. I then sent four responds to their customer support in New York and no response from them. This really sucks. I will never buy from a company that does not have a contact number.
