This item only worked for about 2 weeks. Now I have to position it a certain way so it can charge my phone. It looks like the cable is weak. Also the cable connection is too short.

Bought charger for out of town trip. Only worked once on full charge. Wouldn't/hasn't charged up anymore. Only worked for 2 days. Returning it when I get back home.

Had it a total of 3 weeks it quit working so took it back they explained how to return to the manufacturer. Wow, and the new one did the same thing

I used it maybe 10 times and it's already broken. The blue LED lights that flashes from 1 to 4 lights when it's charging only has 1 light flashing now. I thought it was just a light issue so I charged it for 8 hours and then I used it to recharge my iPad Air 2.Iit was only able to raise it from 34% to 54%. Save your money and buy from another more reliable company. Should have known that it's a piece of trash when I didn't see Tzumi on the charger. The company be ashamed of the product if it refuses to have its name associated with it.

The Tzumi - PocketJuice Endurance 10000 mAh Portable Charger is too heavy to carry around. I'll be returning it.

The product is ridiculously heavy. It weighed down my purse. Definitely returning. Invest in a mophie

I was sold a charger that isn't compatible with my phone and it doesn't recharge properly. I have not been satisfied with this product, will be returning.

I am returning this item. I charged my phone one time and already the connection chord is shorting out.

This product was good for about a month. And then it just stopped working. 1 of the USB ports broke off within the 1st month and now the thing doesnt even charge or turn on. Just blinks once when trying to charge it. It's a shame electronics are cheaply made and you have to hope it works the way its suppose to.

After a little over a month it stopped working and i can't return because the time elapsed

I bought this charger on the recommendation of the Best Buy employee. It worked fine for about 3 weeks, i was happy with it so.i purchased another one for my girlfriend. Within 2 weeks her charger would not charge with the cord provided. Now that does not work.consistently with any cord. My charger has started doing the same thing.

Nice unit unfortunately it won't charge. Have to take it back and get new one.

I loved it for a month and a half then it quit charging. I contacted the company because it had a one year warranty, but as soon as I asked for a replacement they quit responding. I open three tickets, all ended the same way. Don’t buy this, it’s not worth it

Not a very good product. The cord was too short to charge.
