It takes long to charge and i can only charge my phone 2x off 1 charge

It states will charge 2 times ...it doesn't fix quick on charge

Had a smaller battery pack and had to exchange it as it did not charge. Well picked this one up and never seems to charge all the way. It charges my phone and that is it, it dies out. Returning ASAP.

It worked great the first two times I used it, but has not worked since. It will not stay on to charge my phone; it shuts itself off immediately after being turned on. Very dissatisfied with this product.

took a long time to completely charge longer then 12 hr and it would take a long time charge my phone like 3 to 4 hr but that maybe the cord tho

My daughter wasn't able to charge this unit after just a few weeks. Charging was not possible, giving us some e-waste to dispose of instead of a convenient phone-charger when out on the road.

Broken out of box. I bought on way to a foreign country as emergency backup. Tried charging it in airport. So disappointed!

I found this product to not be as easy to use as it was told to me when I purchased it. I would not recommend it.

So this is my first big portable battery, by big I mean both size and having more than one charging port. It was cool that it was mostly precharged out of the box, but a friend recommended to charge it to full capacity to ensure longer life from it and a better ability to hold a charge later down the road. So there's a few things are knocking this down from a 5 star product to a 4 star. First, price. OK $35 is reasonable, but compared with $5-$10 for smaller ones, it's a lot, even given that it's a much bigger battery. Second goes hand in hand with being a big battery. I love the capacity, but I'd like it to come with a longer charge cord. I get that one doesn't generally need a real long one, but this one that comes with it is literally less than 6 inches long. It's almost useless it's so short. And those who shop around know that a 3-6 ft cord ain't cheap. This is just a way to squeeze more money out of consumers. A plug in power adapter would have been nice, but I can also see why they didn't include one. As far as performance goes, it is a bit slow to charge things, but amidst the mixed reviews I've read I personally have had absolutely no real issues with this in terms of performance. Would absolutely recommend for someone looking for a big, yet portable battery on a modest budget. Just expect to use your own charge cord or shell out for a new one, cause you can even tell by looking at it in the box that what comes with it ain't nearly long enough. Other than that though, I absolutely love this.

This is not worth the money I bought this to complement my phone battery but it does not work. Returned to the store.

This price of junk was on sale for an excellent price. Would not charge fully. And did not work. I am returning it
