takes a while to charge new phones we want to return it

I've used this twice on vacation and it charged my phone well. If I had my quick charger cable, maybe it could've charged it quicker. I guess it does the job. Don't regret having it.

The science is good, but it's what's missing is a decent cable and wall charger. The portable charger is great so far after a few weeks of charging. It's dimensions are nearly the same as an iPhone 6 stacked two high and I'd say it feels solid. It was a good price for a 10,000 mAh lithium polymer battery. I love the dual ports and I love the 3.4amp charge capability I have a few irks that brought the score down... - The cable. Cable is just over four inches of worthless. I don't even know what they were thinking. I just threw it out, it's too short to use anywhere. There is no wall socket included. I would have been happier getting a wall socket and no cable. - Since you'll need a charger MAKE SURE you get at least a 2.1amp charger like the kind for an iPad NOT the teeny 1amp charger that comes with an iPhone. The reason is obvious...it already takes HOURS to charge, you will wait hours longer for the latter charger. I had the needed cables but I gave it three stars since a not so techy person would have to go out and buy their own on top of just buying their new charger. I would still buy it again and I would give it as a gift (with accessories)

I needed a new battery pack to charge my phone and iPad when i travel since i lost my previous one. After testing it at work, im happy to see it lasts just as long. About 2 1/2 days off a full charge.

This is a great charger. It charged two phones while on the go and at the end of the day still had power left!

I highly recommend this item helps when u can't plug in charge either your tablet or phone works great.

The charger didn't work as well on my iPad Air as I thought it would. From a full charge before plugging into the iPad, which was at 20%, the charger only showed one LED when the iPad got to 100%.

Purchased this for a trip, worked for one day and now refuses to charge... just blinks the first LED endlessly (tried leaving it charging for days and nothing) and refuses to charge anything plugged into it... complete junk!

I just got home from Best Buy with my Pocket Juice Portable Charger. First of all, the box was harder to open than it needs to be. But the bad news is the charger includes only a 3" long MINI USB cable. What am I supposed to do with that? The charger does not come with a wall charger and only accepts a FULL SIZE USB, but not include. I own a handful of devices, all use a MINI USB. What you will need to to charge the charger is a wall charger and a cable with FULL SIZE USB's on each end....who has one of those laying around? Between myself and my two sons... none of us have such a cable. It should have been included instead of the useless 3" MINI USB.

This battery pack comes with a sturdy feeling cable to connect to your USB charger. Unfortunately, that cable probably wasn't tested with high temperatures. It warped while charging the first couple days and stopped working except at certain angles. The battery pack itself feels like a shoddy piece of work as well. Just picking it up made it feel like the parts inside were shifting around.

I bought this item on vacation and it worked great for a few days! Then around the 10th day it just would not work anymore. I even tried it with my friend's phones and it didn't work for them either. Got a PNY instead for lower price and 2000 mah less so we'll see how it goes.

I would recommend another charger. I bought 3 and all three stopped charging within a month. I Googled Pocket Juice and saw a lot of negative reviews.
