This power bank by Tzumi came in-clutch during hurricane Irma. Can charge most smartphones today at least 5-7 times over. Should have at least 2-3 power banks, 10k mh-20k mAh/per person in an household. Great value, where Mophie's is 4-6k mAh, but almost 2-3x the price. Was a little skeptical at first with a no name-brand power bank, but it has exceeded my expectations with the fast charging.

This battery bank was perfect for a day or two out but not much more. Used it to recharge my Samsung S8 about 3.5 times. THIS WILL NOT TRIGGER FAST CHARGE FEATURE. It seems to take forever to recharge the bank itself too. On a 2 amp charger, it took 4 hours to charge it from half to full. I bought it on sale too so it was perfect for the price. The build quality seems decent but it might break on a waist high drop. The cool thing is being able to charge two devices simultaneously.

Overall a great product. Wen I reserved it in the mail it came in great packaging and in grate condition. The 12,000 MAH battery works really well and have not had any problems with it. So fare I recommend this product. The only cone of this product is it gets dirty easy.

Most devices charge smoothly as advertised. My smart phone is iffy at times. Don't know if its the phone or the portable charger. I like the 10,500 mwh capacity. I have multiple tablets and (grand-kids) cellphones. I will find out why my phone is not working consistently

I purchased the portable charger for driving vacations. The in-car utility ports for charging phones is not sufficient enough to get a good charge on a phone. This portable charger is exactly what is needed.

Bought this portable charger for our Disneyland trip and it worked great. It kept our 2 phones (iPhone 7+) fully charged and still had plenty of juice left.

The charger is awesome and it works very well. I like that it does not take long to charge up.

My aunt wanted a portable charger to help keep her phone alive while she was away from a wall. This proved to be more than she asked for. While portable, this charger is heavy. It weighs just about a pound. It works brilliantly. It was able to charge my mom's phone from less than 10% to full in less than 2 hours and still had approximately 75% charge remaining.

I bought this to camp outside Best Buy for black Friday. The first thing I love about it is that it comes fully charged. I needed that since I was already camping when I bought it. Second was that it doesn't seem to slowly loose charge over time when your not using it. It charged my Galaxy S7 Edge and my son's IPhone 6 two times each. Seems durable and the material is not slippery so you won't be dropping it often. The size is to be expected with so much juice and the weight is not bothersome to me at all. Best buy will price match plus the costomer service and knowledge at Best Buy is second to none, leaving me with an easy decision. Look no further, this is a GREAT buy. A Best Buy!

Bought this for my son Pokémon habit. Walking around drains the phone pretty quick but this charger fixes that. Had two ports to charge 2 phones. It charges an android and I phone quicker than the wall charger. Probably twice faster than a regular charge. Fits in your pocket and haven't noticed it getting hot. Last a couple of days of charging.

Charges your phone up to 5 times. Takes a long time to charge. But was worth it in 2016.

This backup battery is just right in many way. Just the right size, just the right amount of extra power, just right overall. Black case with soft velvet feel. 2 USB ports to charge two devices at one time. Recharges quickly with almost any wall charger that accepts a USB cable. Highly recommended.

I needed an auxiliary power source capable of charging my cell phone and another device several times. It is handy for the pocket and it filled the bill completely. Says it will last through 6 phone charges. I charged 2 phones and a tablet in a couple of hours and had plenty of juice left over.

Holds the charge for a few days before using it and then it says it charges the phone four to seven times, although I have only gotten 4 charges from it, which is good enough. I also can charge two phones at a time, not too bulky, fits in a purse or a big pocket. Great for those days when you are using your phone a lot for maps and photos! Or on a week long hike!

I needed an external battery pack that would last me a few charges, as I use my phone for literally everything I can possibly use it for. I love that I can charge my headset and phone at the same time since it has 2 USB ports, and it's also pleasant to hold as the surface has a soft feel to it. This texture also makes it a bit easier to identify when I'm reaching in my purse or bag without looking.

It's a great charger, bought it since I'm playing pokemon go and my phone battery runs out fast. It's nice and compact and charges my phone quick, it charges my phone about 4-5 times. Plus it doesn't heat up which is nice.

I have a samsung galaxy s7 and it's battery life isn't the greatest, so i purchased this nifty item at best buy at the mall cause my phone died. It works great! I bought the most expensive one with more charge (it's heavy if carrying in a purse) but you can charge two phones or devices at once. It charges quickly too! I would recommend this to others. I purchased this one instead of the other brands(even though a best buy guy recommended the other brand) because everything came in the package and it had more battery power, also you don't have to buy anything separate.

I bought this looking for a quick portable battery solution for my phone. It comes with a few adapters so I can.charge my IPad and my Galaxy 5 pretty easy. Carries a decent charge, as I was able to completely charge my Galaxy in about an hour and give a little bit of a charge to my iPad after.
