I actually purchased bestbuy insurance and it exceeded their limits so they wouldn’t replace the cord. Next time don’t EVER purchase Best Buy’s warranty insurance. Definitely not worth it.

Having depleted the battery pack, I tried to recharge it via the supplied cable. It would not charge. I tried using a wall outlet and a USB port on a laptop, all to no avail. It simply would not recharge after that initial session. I returned it after multiple attempts to recharge the unit.
