I was absolutely thrilled at this purchase. I have been looking for a power pack for the past three weeks and came across this online. I read the good reviews about it and decided to make the purchase. I would definitely get it again. I recommend it to anyone.

I bought two for backcountry trips, both worked one time only. No mfg warranty. Truly bummed over this dud of a product! Had to give it a star only because zero isn't an option. Just outside Best Buy warranty period... Truly Bummed!

The device is fairly good. It takes a pretty long time to charge the device and the charge does seem to "leak" over time. It does not fully charge both iphone and ipad on a single charge. It does have 2 usb ports so it can gice a little juice to two devices just dont expect it to fully charge them.

I purchased this for a trip so I could keep my Note 8 and Chromebook charged. Worked great and provided exactly what I needed. My only issue is that even though it claims high speed ports, my devices do not quick charge. I assume it does not fully support the standard.

This juice pack is beyond amazing! I charge it once and I can charge my iPhone 7 multiple times. I like that I can also charge a 2nd item with this juice pack. The weight is not so bad considering the job it holds up to.

Perfect charger, exactly as advertised. Only "complaint" is the charging cable is 4in which is a bit short for most applications, but nowadays how many people don't have a bunch of micro USB cables laying around.

I didn't give this item 5 stars simply because the USB cable on the device side that is provided with the kit can be temperamental, but if you have a good cable for your device you are good to go. But basing a review on the battery performance then it definitely gets 5 stars.

We bought 2 of these because we go into NYC several times a year. Using our phones for pictures and such can wear the phone batteries down. This charges 4 smartphones, so it keeps us up and running!

My Mother-in-law bought 14 one for each grandchilds stockings they loved the gift said it was the best. Also the customer service at the store to help get me these last minute gifts was very easy to work with.

We got this battery pack for our trip to Europe and it worked pretty well. It charged our phones when we needed it biggest complaint would be that the charge is pretty slow. Other than that it's a pretty standard battery pack. You won't be disappointed.
