Initially it was great. Two weeks later, not so much. Wouldn't charge anything, it simply kept whatever was connected to it on.

For the price I expected more. It only charged my cell phone for one day. Needed this to travel cross country and use my gps. Plugged in to wall every night and it wouldn’t charge.

I have another version of the pocket juice 12000 mah. I purchased two of these thinking they were a plug in. Kind of a pain hooking it up to a usb cord to charge it.

Nothing wrong just needed a little more power so I returned this item for his big brother with 15,000 mAh now I'm a much happier camper. Thanks Best Buy

I bought this for a cruise last March. It worked well at first, but started to get fewer and fewer charges of my phone before having to recharge it. It is now almost 18 months after purchase and I can’t get it to recharge and before that I would only get a single charge before it was depleted. I’ve never had an external charger before so I don’t know if this is normal or not, but for the price I paid, it doesn’t seem like a good deal. Very disappointed!

"Sturdy and becomes a great gift item with multiple uses, well packaged and does what it is supposed to. Worth every penny and I am sure this will last long.

I have purchased 3 of these chargers. On all 3 the coord has not worked. I have to use mine which is not a problem, but my point is the coord should work!

Not the best but it's great for a little while, follow the instructions to extend power and speed.

Cord that came with it didn't last long and stopped charging. Constantly have to watch when plugged in because will occasionally stop charging

This product does the job but it takes time to charge up and then takes time to charge the item you need the power for.

Its a portable charger to keep on you, when your phone dies out

Good charger and holds battery life but did short out quickly and had to be kept certain way in order for it to charge.

Heavy to carry while hiking but better than running out of battery before returning at the end of a long day.

I like this item. I wished it was cheaper. I also wished it could work a little faster.

I bought this in March and have used it only a handful of times in the six+ months since. When it worked, it charged effectively, but slowly. A couple days ago I plugged it in to fully charge it in anticipation of a day I might need it, and even after hours of charging, only two of the four blue bars were illuminated. Then, the next time I checked on it, it was completely dead and will not accept a charge itself or deliver a charge to any other devices. If I hadn't gotten this when it was on a good sale, I'd be irate. I'm still extremely disappointed, however.

great item, works well, and is really good for backup power for phone or tablet

The cord that comes with it does not fit into the iPhone which the product advertises it is for. A second purchase would be necessary to get a cord that fits the charging device as well as the phone. I would not have purchased it if I knew this.
