The device no longer charges it just stored working.obviously not impressed

I returned the product to the store and they tried getting it to work too and it would not do anything.

I returned it because it didn't work with my note 4. I did not purchase a different device

can't charge my phone due to nonfunctioning cord and its way to short

It stopped charging after a couple of months.......

Fully charged turns off after 4-5 seconds. Dose not work!

Doesn't hold a charge for long I wouldn't recommend.

Great charger it has a light on it that indicates you’re charging your phone it’s so bright lights up my entire room. I feel like this is got you so much electricity the product would probably be a better charger without it. Other than that discharger is absolutely amazing it completely took care of my charging needs.

Really nice portable charger. I fully charged it up once before heading to a trip to Scandinavia for a couple days and was so happy I had it because my adapter didn't work! It charged my phone, kindle, and Apple Watch and still had one bar by the time I got home. The only thing I don't like about it is that the blue lights constantly flash when you're charging your device on it and it's super annoying if you charge it while trying to sleep because the lights are so bright. I haven't tried it yet but I think a piece of duct tape over the lights would work just fine for that problem though--just not as aesthetically pleasing and you would have to take it off to see how much the thing is actually charged.

I bought two of these, so we'd have back up if needed, more than one item can charge at a time, it doesn't take much time to get a great charge and lasts quit awhile even if you are charging multiple items. Downside is they do weigh quit a bit more than expected so it's not ideal to lug around with you

works great. This device fully charges an ipad air 2, and an iphone 6 plus 3 extra times. For 23 dollars this is a steal.

This is my first time writing a review because I’m so disappointed. I’m writing this while on vacation in Japan, because this is my second charger that has quit charging on me while on vacation! That’s when I need a charger most!!! My first charger- quit charging In less than 5 charges. It was within the 1 year warranty and even though I just wanted a new charging cord, I was sent a whole new unit, which I appreciated. It worked out that I got a whole new unit because the new charging cord did not work on the old one. The second one I received worked fine for a couple of international trips but now, it’s not charging again! I’m on day 4 out of a 16 day Asia trip! Only one bar lights up and that does not mean it is charging. My cord looks fine, nothing has gotten banged around, dropped, or wet, just like my first charger. It’s just frustrating. I would look into another brand instead. Also, I can’t compare to other portable chargers with the same power but it does get heavy if you’re carrying it around all day sightseeing. Other than being a little heavy when you’re walking all over a foreign city, when it works, it’s great. I can go several days without having to charge it but get something else more reliable. Now, I have to worry about my battery life when I’m out and about taking pictures and take a plug with me to charge while at a restaurant or something.

Bought this about a day ago, to get prepare for an event that I will be attending over the weekend. Its been pre-charged and used it to charge my phone after I purchased and until today, I haven't charge it and it still works. Great buy over the other brands on the market.

This is a good charger in alot of power to charge fast but the cable that came with it was defective and too short

This a great portable charger and has been useful for keeping my gadgets charged up on the go

I love my pocketjuice! I charge it on Sunday night, and can use it all week long.

My wife's phone battery was being used up . She needed a reliable portable battery source . This works great.

This product is great but for some reason it will shutoff before the charge is complete.

It's a power bank so there's really not much to write home about here. The big issue here is that the cable that came with it to charge the power bank didn't work out of the box. Not a huge issue considering it's just a micro USB cable and everyone has tons of these lying around, but it is an inconvenience
