Horrible. Defective after 2 days

Luckily I got a warranty on it so I can go get it replaced but this is still unacceptable. Poorly made device, probably won't be buying another one. Do NOT buy.

The first one lasted 5 months and the second sent by the manufacturer lasted 2 months. Best Buy is responsible for selling defective products then not standing behind them. I paid $40 for the charger and it’s worthless. SMH!! I don’t recommend Best Buy at all.

Cheaply made, failed in <1 yr

After a couple of months of infrequent use, failed to charge with the wall plug. Could still charge with micro USB, but after a few more months of occasional use, micro USB port was so flimsy that it wouldn't fit a charger anymore. Would not buy again - waste of money.

Perfect, For a Week!

Both USB Ports failed
