It did its Job great while it worked but after 4 months it stopped working.

Charge life is less than stated; otherwise OK. Charged my Surface Pro 3 to 75%.

I bought this product because I needed something to charge my phone fast. After using a few times, it became defective and I returned to the store for a refund but I was only able to get one refunded because it was outside the window to return it.

Does not charge as fast as you would expect from 2.4a output.

Recharge the PocketJuice is very slow at times. Not sure why,

My HTC U11 constantly says it is charging TOO SLOW on this pack, telling me that whatever circuitry they have in it IS NOT reaching 2.1 Amps. I only use this pack as ABSOLUTE LAST MEANS and by no means depend on this pack as a primary back up, if that makes sense. I kept meaning to contact the company, but, hesitant to since I bought it before a 6 month deployment over a year ago. For this pack to be anywhere close to effective, I have to pretty much shut my phone down and keep it hooked up to this pack for at least 6 hours.

I have purchased cheaper battery banks that are great, but this only worked for 2 weeks. I am able to charge the battery bank but it would not charge my phone. I took it back for a refund.

I used the charger on my last trip cross country. It allowed me to heve charge for my phone with using an electrical outlet.

Didn't charge my Nexus 6. Purchased it for vacation but it didn't work. Tried to return it for a refund but could only get an exchange for the same device. The exchange policy at Best Buy need to be changed. Just because of the exchange policy I will be shopping at Amazon for my electronics. I'll continue to use Best Buy to view items before I purchase them online at another merchant.

Not sure but it barely charges any device. Only lasted 30 minutes before it cuts off.

I like the fast charge however does not last long. Only good for two charges.

Don't waste your money. I bought this charger for my new iPhone 7. To sum it all up, the charger failed to charge my phone after the first day. Also, the cable that came with the charger doesn't fit the iPhone 7I'm on travel now, but when I return, I'll return it/

Good quality feel, but it.s 2.4 Amp output is not enough to work as an outboard battery with my Samsung mobile device, I exchanged for the Pocket Juice 7800, which has a 3.4 Amp output and works fine with my mobile device.
