Broken Wire after 3 days

I had to giggle the plug in for it to start. I would place the charger in my bag and my phone would stop charging. When I would connect the charger to an outlet, I had to place it on a certain angle for it to charge up. After 3 days, the end of the wire opposite to the USB port popped out and now I am unable to charge the charger or my phone.
