This product has now gone down to a 1 star, which would be 0 stars if it was an option. After 2 months of owning this product, it will not hold a charge now. This was a sudden thing, as it was working great one week and then, out of no where, stopped working. Would not recommend.

My phone was only charged up once on this device. It showed as being charged up itself, BUT would not charge my Samsung after the first charge. What a waste! Unfortunately, I discarded the packaging and lost the receipt, so I can't take this thing back to Best Buy.

Not bad for the price though it takes long to charge

Bought 2 of these chargers and neither would stay connected to any our devices. They would momentarily charge and then stop, so we turned around and returned them that afternoon. Best Buy gladly exchanged them for different chargers.

So a while ago I got a smaller capacity version of the same (4,400mah I think) and quickly passed it off to a friend. It was 1 of 3 or 4 chargers he had at the time. He said a bit ago that all his other chargers were acting up (they were real low end ones) and that the one I gave him was and is still solid. Based on that and the price (along with the general need) I got a somewhat intermittent size & capacity one (7,800mah) and have absolutely loved it. I've seen a few reviews here complaining about the charge cord length, but seriously, you know what your getting there as it's visible through the plastic. Still, it is of note not to use the short little cord that comes with this. If it weren't for that and a long time to recharge when it finally wears down, this would be a 5 star product. But really, for the price and quality there's simply not much room for any real complaints. Save some money and get this.

Three months and this portable charger will only go to one of four bars on the charger. Returning it today! Has big claims to fame on the package. Big rip off!

So, this pocket charger only worked one time for me then it just stopped. Fully charged but when trying to use it, it turns off, it will not stay on to charge any thing. Don't waste your money!

It will not work for an iPhone. Based on description and packaging I was led to believe that it would work for an iPhone 6.

After four weeks it will no longer hold a charge. Do not waste your money.

I've used it for three weeks now and cord to charge it doesn't work at all.

This product would charge my phone for a couple of minutes and turn off.

Worked for about a week and then stopped. I will be taking it back.

plug into device is not strong enough to use longer

pretty useful for charging phones and mp3 players!

This little guy charged my Samsung Galaxy S5 from 0% to 100% and still had 3/4 of it's charge left. I was impressed that it charged the phone so fast and still had a lot of capacity to recharge another phone.

We bought this because our phones go dead often when we're not around a plug. This works as fast as our lighting charger but can charge both of our phones at least once.

This power cell charges quick and lasts a long time. We were using it for like an hour and plugging the charger back in it was still full.
