After returning from my second trip, I plugged in my phone to charge and the charger does not charge the phone even though the charger itself is fully charged

Not a good product

Already cracked too at the bottom. I didnt drop it or anything. I pulled it out of my purse and the base was cracked.

flimsy micro usb cord
