Stopped working after a month

When i plug it into my phone it cuts it self off and i'm at a loss cause it started of as a great purchase but now i'm disappointed that i can no longer use this portable charger that was working as advertised

Does not last

Heavy and slow

It is quite heavy and although it will give me a full charge it takes about 5 hours to do so! I prefer my older stick that only gives me a half charge but does it in like 20 minutes.

Difficult to understand

It did not charge my cell phone on the go as advertised. I needed it to charge while I was using it, not when it was placed in a pocket or purse.

It should be a bit more powerful as the box says "3x"..your lucky if you get one charge. So It doesn't truly represent what's on the box as 3x's
