I used this once and it charged fine. The second time I tried to charge my phone it was flashing one light meaning it was dead. I plugged it in at home all night long but that one light kept flashing. It will not recharge and so it is worthless.

Use this once then it would not work again. Says it's charging but never says fully charged. Won't turn on to change anything. Light flashes sometimes but that's it. Bought it at Best Buy. They wouldn't take it back because I didn't pay them extra for the in store warranty even though the manufacturer has a 1 year warranty. Best Buy said I have to send it back to the manufacturer and deal with them. The gal said that's the way all stores do it. I told her not all stores. Will be thinking about what I buy from Best Buy in the future.

First, the USB connection plug-in did not work so I used an extra I already had. Then after first slow charge to phone will not work at all. Returning.

I'm kind of spoiled...used to my Anker powerpack, so this was a bit of a let-down. Even at half the price, it took far too long to recharge my wife's Galaxy S5. I returned it.

Cord is very finicky and often stops working. Charge transfer is very slow. I've replaced this with a Samsung fast charge. Slightly more money but far better performance

It doesn’t hold a charge long enough and it’s geared more for an Android not iPhone. iOS so you have to have an adapter for it.

Product is a little bulky. Takes longer to charge than the charge it can hold to use. Green button usually stays lit and drains up the charge.

Bought this to charge my phone and just too weak of an output to charge it. Works fine for Blutooth earbuds but for a phone, spend a bit more.

I have the Samsung Galaxy S6. It has a hard to "connecting" to my phone to charge. I have to hold the cord at a certain angle for it to register it's connected. It's not the phone itself, because I've tried 4 separate chargers on my phone and they work fine. I also drained the battery pack from 100% to 0% and it only charged my phone from 10% up to 32%. Unhappy, probably use it as a paperweight.

Does not work for my s8, says incomplete connection and doesn't charge

This charger takes longer to charge up than most and only holds enough juice to charge my phone once.

Doesn't seem to last as long as it should. Can't get it to fully charge after 2 weeks of use.

I was disappointed because a comparable capacity battery would have enough juice for three charges.

My Pocket Juice worked great the first time I used it but now it usually doesn't work.

The cable stopped working after a week but the charger looks like it's good quality.

Wont fully charge up and won't charge my S7 past 50% on what It does take in.
