Not as great as I had hoped

Told by sales clerk that it was for iPhone but then needed an adaptor piece. Had it from another device. The charging is not consistent. Not sure why? Sometime I get the lightening bolt, and other times, I have to move the cord around to get it. Annoying.

Charger turns off
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for a trip, but from the moment I bought it and tried it, it would charge for a couple minutes, then turn off and stop charging my phone. I returned it and swapped it out for another of the same, does the same thing. It was cheap, but I would expect it to at least work.
