Not a good product for me

It was not what I was looking for. First, this product is very heavy. Second, I was told that this product was good for 8 charges. When I used it twice, the battery was only half full.

3 mos STOPPED WORKING

Breaks easily

In the first one, the power button pushed in and the device was unusable, the second’s USB jack broke and rendered that port useless, and I dropped the third off my bed onto the carpeted ground (not that big of a fall) and it just stopped working. They all just break so easily.

Stopped charging within a month

The blue lights light up for a few seconds as if it is charging and then shut off. When connected to iPhone, the phone doesn’t recognize it, like it is completely dead. Best Buy has a 14 day return policy and will not let me exchange or return.
