Good charger for the price.

This is a good entry level portable charger

Wireless doesn’t work

The wireless charging was a big selling point. Well that doesn’t work and has not worked even one time (in or out of the Speck case). The charger works fine via USB... each time you have to unplug the USB and plug it back in to activate the charger. Not a big deal but it is still irritating. Wasn’t worth the money in my opinion.

Overpriced for the quality and performance

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It may say 20,000 but if your using the wireless charge the power % will drop far faster then using a cable and even when using the cable my iPhone max can kill it after 2 1/2 charges and be very carful with the USB ports if u don’t put them in extremely gently the port may break as it did in my case overall I found it extremely overpriced for what I actually got

Not 11 recharges

This battery pack also took greater than 12 hours to charge from being completely dead. Would not recommend this product if you are purchasing to use for for more than 2 recharges.

Nicely designed - Great Product

The wireless charging is a little on the slow side, but works great in a pinch, when wired, it charges a LOT faster.
