Very disappointed !!

With 100% charge, i connected it to an iPad, and it dropped to 48% charge on Tzumi, while iPad was showing a 22% increase in charge. The Tzumi was put on charge for 14 hours, and went from 48% to 58% charge. Not acceptable. It is going back to Best Buy.

Not sure if it was the battery or the charging port itself going bad. Either way, it should have at least lasted more than just a year and unfortunately their warranty is only a year...kind of convenient for them! Late review...

I get maybe 1 charge on my phone. Then I have to charge. It heats up and will not allow it to charge by touching.

Great at first

I bought an extended warranty but wonder if they will cover it or will i have to send to manufacturer for the warranty since its under a year.
