I had best buy mobile install the screen protector after reading reviews of people losing screen sensitivity. After I put the case on myself. It was a no easy to get on! The rubber is thick and stiff. Instantly the edges of the screen protector start popping up. There is a place at the top for the pen. As soon as I put the pen in there a huge bubble formed under the screen protector. When I removed the pen it went away. I returned the case and purchased a folio case off amazon. No problems since.

It feels cheap and sometimes doesn't catch in all its possible positions. I kinda wish I went with the Otter box one for just a few dollars more.
