Bought this for surface pro but does not have handle

Case for Microsoft Surface Pro and Surface Pro 4 could be better!

Way too heavy. List the sleek feel of the intended use of the Surface. I would only recommend if you are expecting to need EXTREME protection.

It hardly works. It is beyond slow and it is not due to internet connection since my employee uses the EXACT same one in the same office space and internet connection with 0 issues. I use this for work documents and nothing else and it constantly freezes and shuts off to where I can't power it back on for days yet its fully charged. I use it probably 5 times a month for less than an hour each time and its had issues since I bought it. Never buying this item again or anything associated with it. Waste of money.

Not sure I like this Case. It was hard to put on my Surface Pro and very hard to take off as I did not like the way the stand sat.

The case was good for the first month but then the edges started to get loose where the charging port is.

Would not recommend it! The back support built poor, I had this case for 1 year two months and it finally broke. The edges are also extremely tight that its very difficult to take the tablet out of the case. The metal stand edges are shrap.

Putting it on was hard and getting it off was extremely tough. It looked as if i will break my screen or chip the edges. The one for SP3 was really nice but this one is not worth recommending. Read reviews online. Some people actually broke their screen. Stay away from this.

Very hard to get it on the notebook, then couldn't get it off. Even the store personnel at Best Buy couldn't get it off!

Just had to get a warranty replacement... this the second one... going on number 3... second product I bought from Best Buy that has broken and can’t get any help !

Didn’t like it at all. It was hard to move the back stand since it covers the stand that comes with the surface

Had to return the Urban Armor Gear Case. the Surface key pad did not fit well with the cover on.

The UAG case for the Surface Pro 4 is undeniably the best case for the Surface. The aluminum stand is very sturdy and strong. The fit is very snug and the surface does not wiggle. Buttons are very responsive and defined. The Beats earphone plug will not fit flush into the jack, although I have a jack extender and it works well so no biggie. I am still giving this case 5 stars even though I would like it to come with a screen protector to prevent scratches. But overall, I love it. I highly recommend this case to all Surface Pro 4 owners.

Items would not work with what I purchased, had to return

I bought this and threw it on the new Surface Pro (the "5", though MS won't brand it that) that I purchased last week. The case is great, but for my use it has one critical flaw in that it overheats the Surface when using Lightroom or Photoshop. I mean, overheats to the point my Surface slowed to a crawl and then locked up twice. Didn't have any problem with just web surfing and non-graphic-intensive work. I didn't even mind the added weight, because the protection is superb. I'm not expert on this by any means, but it seems that if the back (or sides where the vents are) were more open that this might not be an issue. Unfortunately, if you're using LR or PS with your Surface, this is a big issue. Otherwise, get the case as it's great.

I purchased this case for my SurfacePro4 and as many people was a bit skeptical largely due to the reviews... well I only had positive experience, tablet fits right in, protection is great. Those who said that theis cover has a tight fit, have to understand, it's ment to be tight. it is to protect your tablet from any unnecessary shakes, drops and movement. GREAT PRODUCT!

Best case I had for my SP4. Fit great, light in weight, rugged.

My surface pro 7 is one of my biggest purchases as of late, this case helps ensure that my investment is protected. Attachments are connected with ease. With a limited budget this is very affordable.

I have been using this case for the past couple of hours, and I really love the look it gives the Surface device. The case makes the tablet more sturdy in my opinion, and for someone who travels a lot or just wants to take your Surface tablet and not have to worry about the safety of your device, then this is the case for you. The case itself feels very premium and does not feel like it's going to fall off during a drop, and it's really easy to take off. With the case on you can still fold the keyboard back and use the tablet in tablet mode as the case does not add significant weight to the device.

I purchased this Urban Armor Gear for my new surface pro and could not be happier. It fits like a glove and was easy to snap into place. It is not very heavy but feels like it will provide good protection.
