Oh my goodness this case is awesome and I love it. It’s light weight and it protects my device. It also locks my pencil in place when closed up. It sit up and doesn’t slide around when using. Very pleased & happy with this UAG case.

I love the design and texture. My iPad Pro 11 deserves a good cover. I am happy to try UAG for the first time. Other brand is less quality while other good brands are more expensive. I notice this cover and grabbed one. The price is also quite expensive but I feel like trying this brand. I am satisfied overall and this is worth recommending to others.

This is a solid and secure iPad Pro cover. It holds the iPad horizontally in the work position. It’s very stable. This pad easily holds the iPencil for charging. The top off the pad has a clip to hold the pencil in place in transit. It works fine but I’d like to see the clip a bit more protective and secure. The magnetic closure clasp could be stronger and just a 1/4 inch longer to hold the pencil in place. It could also be a bit wider. Overall, this is a good, strong, well made cover at a fair price. I’d recommend it with the comments noted.

Excellent, now if they would have an assortment of different colors would be great.

I originally was on the lookout for a keyboard case for the new iPad Pro 11”. I wasn’t fond of the little protection the Smart Keyboard Folio offered. Due to the lack of options currently out now, I decided to go with a traditional keyboard-less case. I went with this UAG Metropolis Folio because I’ve had good experiences with the brand in the past. For the most part, I’m very happy with my new case. It feels strong enough to protect against falls, slim enough to fit in my backpack without adding bulk, and the additional weight is less than most rugged cases out there. My favorite part is I’m absolutely in love with its style! I favor the rugged cases, but not the traditional solid rubber look of others. I went with the red and never looked back. It’s a great tabletop stand because it can be adjusted to whatever angle you’d like, until gravity takes over. The problem is those key words, “tabletop”. It’s flexible positioning options is also its downfall. It makes a horrible lap stand due to nothing locking it in place. It simply does not sit right on your lap. My biggest issue is the magnet that keeps it closed. Aside from the cases looks, what sold me on it was the fact I could keep the Apple Pencil in its charging spot with the magnetic strap closed. Unfortunately, that is not the “case” (no pun intended). It does clip into place, but due to it being a hair short, it’s not reliable enough to stay closed at all. Even with the Pencil removed, the magnets themselves don’t feel strong enough. They are no where near as strong as the magnets that hold the Pencil in place. The alternative for the Pencil is to put it in the holder at the top of the case. It does hold it firmly enough for me to feel confident it wont fall out. So even after its flaws, I still like this case. It’s the true meaning of a slim, rugged case. And with it’s stylish looks, I think UAG did a great job with it. Slight improvements are needed, but I can see this case still being used a year from now.

After returning the apple keyboard folio, I bought this case and the apple magic keyboard to replace it. This combination works best for me. Pros: - The case is stylish and less bulky than what appears online, and allows a far greater selection of angles to view from. - The pen is more securely stored on top of the case than apple’s method. - You can even detach the case around the ipad from the stand for more convenient viewing. - Highly recommend over the current Apple offerings! Cons: - Weak magnet that holds case together. It will hold during transportation, but takes little effort to undo.

Well protected but not too bulky. Has a tray for the Apple Pencil. Nice design and feel. The only small complaint is when using the case as a stand, it’s a little flimsy. Otherwise no problems.

After having to replace my 9” iPad Pro due to and accidentally fall that damaged, beyond repair, I purchased the 11” iPad Pro to replace it. Of coarse none of my protective covers fit this model because of the size difference. So I went to Best Buy and found this little gem at a great price. If you are tired to the bulky Otter boxes this rugged cover is great. The new iPad fit right into place and there was no fighting to try to get the edges secure, it closes using a magnetic flap which I like, but I do say that it was a stronger magnet in the flap because it does not close the as secure when the Apple Pencil is in the charging position. It does have a secure clip at the top for your stylus or Apple Pencil. I like the material that it is made out of. It is rubberized to help absorb shocks from drops. All in all it is a great product for the price.

Just recently got the new iPad Pro 11”. I didn’t want to use it without getting a case first I had used UAG case before for my previous iPad Pro. They are light weight, not bulky,feels nice to hold, has been dropped tested, so I feel it’s safe, and it’ can hold and is compatible with the new Apple Pencil

I just love the whole design of this thing. It’s a really good iPad protector and it’s a neat design on how you can just snap off the front cover piece so that it’s not dangling when not in use for a iPad stand. My kids dropped the iPad a handful of times and this protector does it’s job. Also the color scheme and the looks of this thing is awesome.

Nice product. Fits well, holds pen inside flap on the side, and opens easily for use. Highly recommend this for moderate protection and to hold the pen. My daughters have iPads with a more popular Brand but different case that does NOT hold the pen well and they both like mine better. Just sayin...

I have the black version. It looks and feels pretty good. you can take the cover off which I like and just have the case on it. The strap can go over the pencil but like others have said the magnet is not too strong

Great fit and finish. Sturdy case and looks good. Cover allows Apple Pencil to charge in open or closed position. Standing positions are a little finicky though as is the magnetic flap. Stand and cover can be easily detached while still protecting the iPad sides and back.

Case is designed well and so far has held up well. Fits perfectly and has the capability to hold the Apple pen, or other, if you find the right diameter. Easy to clean and set up for viewing/use.

Fits my new IPad Pro 10” (2018). Fits with charging the new Apple Pencil. And holds the Pencil good. But not perfect. Sometimes the strap for the case opens and miss aligns the Pencil so it stops charging. Not a overall bad thing just have to watch out for it. Maybe a stronger magnet would have helped with keeping the closeur strap for opening up. I would still recommend this to anyone with this new IPad. And I love that I can get the case in diffeeent colors. Love the blue.

It is lightweight, easy to open and close. The iPad feels well protected on this case. So far It has been worth the investment.

I bought the UAG on a recommendation from one of the BB reps. There aren't a lot of case options for the 11 right now. This one fits great and has really solid drop protection and carrying options for the magnetic pencil. My only real complaint: compatibility with screen protectors. The corner fit is so snug that I have yet to find a way of installing a screen protector without one or more of the corners pulling up. If you aren't going to use a screen protector, this case is fantastic. I add one for maximum protection.

Fits great on my IPad and does not give it a bulky feel and protects it at the same time.

The case fits the ipad really well. I generally use an otterbox for protection, but it supposedly keeps you from using the pen. This is a nice alternative. I do wish it had positive stops on the case when you fold it over to read off of it it setup a keyboard. Which would also have been a nice edition

Great case for the price. Was concerned that it wouldn’t be as good as the standard Apple folio but was in for a surprise. Waiting on the correct iPad pencil to see how well the charging capability works for proximity while attached. Protection offered is good for the lens, buttons, and plug. Stand works well for landscape/horizontal screen profile; wish there were a better option for portrait/vertical support.
