Constantly comes apart

The others have lasted a long time, one finally started to wear out, so we got this one. It constantly comes apart where the cover can be unsnapped. I didn’t even know they came apart (maybe the old ones don’t). It’s a bummer when companies make something good, then try to improve it and it sucks. I would not recommend this at all.

Good, sturdy case

It's held up well, so far. I've dropped my iPad a few times and this case seems to be doing a good job against impact. There is a good amount of shock absorption around the edges and back, and a lip of about an eighth of an inch.

It hasn't fallen on me yet, so I'm hoping it can also withstand impact. I always buy a screen protector. ALWAYS. I had to learn that the hard way! Anyhow, be sure to get yourself a screen protector to go with this case.
