Won’t charge on charging pad.

Took it back to store and tried another new one. Did not work either. Traded for an apple case which allowed a charge.

Bestbuy online account has issues

However it does not appear on my bestbuy account. Their customer support is also not good. I called and they kept me on hold, finally no resolution Still I dont see order in my online account.

Nice case but Qi doesn’t work

I have tried both of my Qi wireless charging pads and it looses connection. Unfortunately there is limited info out there for the MagSafe cases. Overall great case, very comfortable and I feel like my phone is pretty safe.
