Uber refuses to let me use my Uber cash without having the maximum purchase hold on my debit or credit card already! What a scam! I have emailed Uber eats support twice about this issue and their response is to ban my account! Then they say they will not tell me why my account is being suspended, how long this ban lasts, and they REFUSE to tell me what rules I supposedly violated by… reporting a problem. It’s honestly maddening. Do not buy from Uber Eats!!!

Uber Eats cancelled my account for “inappropriate usage” after redeeming this gift card. I have $25 left in Uber Cash that I can no longer use and have been robbed of completely. Uber Eats refuses to expand on how I inappropriately used their service and has turned a cold shoulder to my concerns to these allegations.
