Bought the 1st one one would t charge , bought 2nd one and after having it out side evening I think it drew condinsation from the cool evening and hasn't worked since. Best Buy stood behind the product with no hesitation the first time. But I had the product for almost a year before it failed on me this time and didn't bother taking it back.

Had a charging issue 9 months after buying called the company and they sent me a new one

I have a Bose wireless Bluetooth speaker which went bad. I read review on this item and thought that it would be comparable. It wasn't even close. I'll use it outside when I'm working in the yard, because it's an okay speaker, but I'm, going back to Bose for my serious listening.

Really good sound, the only thing is it says 15 hour battery but when you use it on full volume it really only last 2 hours which was a big disappointment. I tried it on a lower volume & it still only lasted 4 hours. A big difference in what it stays in the battery life for that price.

I bought this for using at work. It claimed to have an 8 hour battery life, but at max volume, it would barely last an hour and a half. Plus, not very loud and poor low end sound. Returned it and got the JBL Charge 2. Battery lasts 10 plus hours at max volume and the bass is great on it. Much better purchase for just a few bucks more

At about the size of a Monster Energy drink, this little device outputs great sound. I've tried many bluetooth speakers and this is by far by favorite. This not the BEST speaker out there, but its feature sets makes it my go to speaker. Around the same price ranger, the Bose Mini Link has better bass, and but I find that at the highest volume, sound can become distored ont he Bise. While the Boom has adequate bass (not as deep and full as the minilink), I find no distortion at the highest output. The Boom does do better in vocals though. What sets this apart is it's durability. I have dunked it water and it comes up just fine. I wouldn't dare do that to the Minilink. It is 360 degree sound, which has it's pros can cons. I can set it in the middle of the room and get even sound throughout. But I can't use PA apps with my phone since there's a lot of feedback due to the 360 sound. I bought two so that I can have stereo or increase the space the speakers can reach.

Good speaker. Does the job we like it. No complaints from the kids.

After looking at other reviews, I gave this product a try and I'm very satisfied. The in-store price on the 'pink' version was marked down to $139 instead of the others marked at $199... so for that I fell like it was a great value. Not sure why they were marked differently just because color? At a couple of different times I compared this to the Bose Soundlink mini and the Bose Soundlink Color. The SoundLInk Mini was a better sound but UE Boom was better than the Bose Color speaker. The reason I got the Boom over the Bose was price & features. Boom sounded nearly as good but was a much longer battery life and seamed more portable. If price wasn't the issue and I was just putting this in my work office or at home with no desire to take it on a vacation or throw it outside on the deck or in the garage, I would have gotten the Bose Mini for sure. the UE Boom just feel more user friendly to toss in a backpack for the weekend and have it at the campsite, or though in my bike bag, etc. I don't feel like I'd want to put the Bose through that. The Bose Color sounded okay but not as good as the Boom or the Bose mini. The Bose Mini also said it didn't have a 'speaker phone' capability, but as long as it was sync'd, I'm not sure why it wouldn't work that way. I was using my new Boom, streaming music via my phone when my wife called. It worked great for talking over the phone. Realize that the 'microphone' for the "speakerphone" is actually the phone and not anything on the Boom.

Love the sleek design of them, has really good range, and the sound quality is great.. Really like the app and the ease it is to operate and control it. Connected 2 at once on my iPhone and they played nicely!

Purchased on Black Friday. Great price, so easy to use and shipped quickly.

This was a nightmare from the beginning. Yes it has top rated sound but where does it fail? No instructions and the unit has no buttons labeled in English so it was all "trial and error " when trying to get it to work consistently! I went online to Logitech to get the customer service phone number and gave them a call and after being disconnected over and over by their reps I got one who didn't hang up on me who didn't know who to get the unit to work for me! So I returned the unit back to the store for the Bose Soundlink Mini and I should've bought that from the beginning! Plenty of instructions, well labeled in English, and easy to use!

Bought these speakers on the recommendation of a Best Buy associate. Originally went in to get a small, portable, bluetooth speaker with an FM radio but there wasn't this option. The rep showed me these UE Boom speakers and I was amazed how powerful they were in the store. I know that sound usually gets lost in the stores since the open area is so big but these mighty little speakers blasted loudly. I synced my iphone to the speakers and played one of my songs (not a demo song) and turned it all the way up, sound did not get distorted! These speakers are also waterproof so you can take them to the beach. I have used them in the bathroom while showering and now I can hear my music perfectly even with the water running. Have only charged them once since I bought them last week, use it everyday and I still haven't had to charge them again. Love them!

This speaker sounds great whether you're casually listening or cranked up loud outdoors. There are crisp highs, nice mids, and bass is pretty good for a bluetooth speaker.There is no distortion when the volume is cranked, and the app that comes with it is very functional. Battery life may not live up to 15 hours, but after heavy use over weekend, it still has 20% left, so it's not an issue. The only minor nit-pick I have is that it's a massive fingerprint magnet, but since it's ipx-4 certified, you can just run it under the sink real quick and it'll look like new. I will definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great speaker around $200!

This speaker is really good overall. Fills a room with sound yet is small enough to be portable. Sound is also not distorted as can happen at high volume with cheap speakers. Battery lasts quite long and comes with plug and charging cable for non-stop play. Comes in a cylinder I can only assume is meant to be used as a carry case and it's perfect as one. The cable and plug are stored inside and the speaker itself is kept immobile and protected. I purchased this primarily for travel but find myself using it around the home with my cell phone and SiriusXM. I managed to get it on sale for $169. Very happy and would recommend to anyone. For comparison the Harman Kardon Onyx I think has a little better sound but not nearly as portable. If you're going to keep in one place or just use around the house get the Onyx if you need something for travel and portability this speaker is the way to go hands down. I've also listened to the Bose Bluetooth and I prefer the UE Boom.
