Can't listen to music while charging!!! DONT buy this save your coins!! I gave it a 2 stars.....1 for wasting my money and the other 1 is because I'm tispy and hear my music!!!

Posted .Hi PeaP, I'm sorry that you had troubles with the Boom 2 EXC speaker. The if the speaker has some charge and is plugged in the speaker can pair to your device and play music while charging. I'm sorry that the Boom2 did not stay charged. I would make sure that the speaker is fully charged, you can do so by pressing the Volume (+) and Volume (-) button at the same time. Battery does not last.

Posted .Hi Mrsdasilva, I'm sorry that the Boom2 EXC battery is not lasting. You can try a reset on the speaker by pressing and holding the Power button and the Volume Down button for 8-10 second until it makes a chime sound. This might help with the longevity of the battery. I hope that outside of the battery issue that you are enjoying the sound and other features of the Boom2 EXC. Thank you for being Logitech customer. Kristi from Logitech

Posted .Hello, sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your BOOM 2 Speaker. We are always looking for ways to improve our products, so we appreciate your review. Have you tried a factory reset on your speaker? Please follow these steps:
1)Hold down the “volume down” and “power” button at the same time until you hear a sound. The UE Boom 2 will then turn off.
2)Turn the speaker back on and attempt to pair it with your device again
Please ensure your Boom App is update and bluetooth is ON and connected with Boom 2. If all these steps have been attempted with no luck, Ultimate Ears has a great 2-YEAR Limited Hardware Warranty. It is loud and has some boom, but those two Cons make me not recommend it for purchase.

The speaker was very loud now it’s a third as loud as it used to be. But this is a good cheap speaker for people who like to listen to music and sit in your room
