Super impressed with the quality of sound from this portable speaker. Impressive bass and high tones for a speaker this small. Kinda awkward shape.

I purchased 2 of these from Best Buy a year or so ago. At first I loved these like everyone else. I would have written a raving review when I first got them. But long term ownership is a poor experience which many here will soon discover. First, the batteries and charging circuitry is poor. The batteries used in these units are LiPos and have a very limited lifespan with both light useage and heavy useage. There is no way to replace the batteries without opening the unit, cutting wires, purchasing a new battery yourself (provided you can find one online), and soldering the new battery in. It is a horrible design and this should have been better thought out. Support from the manufacturer, aside from the obvious language barrier has been poor at best with multiple emails back and forth with each asking for some new piece of information in a never ending non-helpful thread.

great battery life nice sound would recommend to anyone

First I have tried over 40 speakers in every brand. This unit is really good, gets loud, sounds clean, very rugged...but it lacks the low end. The 360 is a plus and is why I chose this over the charge 3, that I returned do to poor sound. I have 3 stars cause the low end lacking and the ridiculous price. This would be a great but at $100- $120 it would be the best at that price...but oh well. Just be aware that these units do have battery issues, its a hit or miss. If it works great, then this unit is a win!

While the sound of this speaker is considered to be quite good it costs a significant amount and if you encounter a problem you quickly find out that this is a Logitech Company with everything that implies in regards to poor customer support. My Boom speaker failed to charge, failed to be recognized by my PC, failed to install a USB driver, etc and it is no more than 18 months old. I cannot contact UE or the Logictech due to an inexplicable failure of their support network. I do not recommend a consumer product that essentially forgoes the cost of supporting the consumer in the use of their product but charges a premium price.
