I bought this speaker on sale for $80. It can get very loud and the build quality is awesome. Pretty good bass for a speaker this size. What I love about it, beyond the large amount of sound it delivers is the water resistant aspect of the speaker. I used it when I was snowblowing and once I am done it is usually soaked from the snow that drifted to it and melted. No problems using it after wards.

This small speaker puts out great sound. It's fantastic to take on the beach, and I don't have to worry about it getting wet or sandy. Love this little powerhouse!

The sound on this speaker is amazing! Deep rich bass, crisp clear treble, overall a wonderful Bluetooth speaker! Bought as a gift for my daughter. I now have to buy one for myself!

One of the best speakers on the market that they're trying to phase out with the new generation.... This thing takes military grade and kicks it in the butt. I own three of these currently, but I've had like over five over the course of my history with the speaker. Some speakers are too busy some speakers are too high pitch and tinny this one gets it just right. Also I'd like to point out that I lent this speaker to the dishwashing crew at this old restaurant I used to work at and they dropped it in water and it stayed in water playing the music coming from their phone.... They lost it for like 30 minutes while it was in the water and I came and found it in the sink submerged underneath a bunch of dishes..... So yeah there's that for your waterproof test. And it survived my two year old son with ease.

The battery life is great and the sound is nice. I use this when I'm grilling, working on my car, or with chores around the house.

The UE boom 2 has excellent sond and has excellent battery life. Even when i use it in the backyard, it sounds rich and vibrant.

I received this as a gift. I didn't know what to expect from a speaker that's roughly the size of a tall soda can. My first impression was "wow". This thing has great sound, strong bass, and fills the space with sound. It's not heavy, but feels very solid. I bring it with me whenever I travel so I can listen to my favorite music in my hotel. It's a great speaker that I definitely recommend.

This is the greatest speaker I have ever used. I use my speaker on long bike rides and it perfectly fits in my feed bag no problems. The fact that it has a 12 hour battery life and is water/dirt proof means that no matter the riding conditions it always holds up. When I'm rock climbing, I can comfortably climb with this speaker and not worry about dropping it because it has a lanyard attachment, so it works.

Was a little hesitant to spend the money on a portable speaker. The Boom 2 exceeded my expectations for sound clarity and volume. We take it on the boat and do t worry about it getting wet. It also has a clip to attach a carabiner to so we can attach to the boat in case of a speaker overboard situation. Has been in the rain and being waterproof it keeps working. Great speaker!

This is a great little speaker, great sound easy Bluetooth hookup sinks with my other URBoom speaker for sound for my whole downstairs or wherever I bring them.

This speaker is awesome, had the first version and wanted to add extra speakers and this has great sound. And must remember it is water proof. Yeah, great sound

This Bluetooth speaker is awesome. It has a fantastic 360 degree sound for its size. Very well constructed, tremendous volume with little to any distortion.

Durable, easy to travel with, great sound. My husband takes it golfing and fits in the cup holder of the golf cart. Easy to sync with other UE boom speakers

This is my 2nd Boom. The sound is great, and it's great to bring everywhere since it is so durable. Very easy setup and control with no connectivity issues.

We enjoy the quality of sound and portability of this speaker. Bought this to pair with another UE speaker. Gave 4 stars because I sometimes have to manually activate the connection with my phone. I can't easily tell if the Bluetooth on the speaker is active or not.

Looked around and researched for a small Bluetooth speaker, decided on the Boom 2 and couldn’t be happier! Great sound for its size and insane battery life.

Bought a couple of these and they sound great. You can pair them two play in stereo and they are waterproof so they are great to have when going to the pool.

Recommended by a friend and have loved using the UE Boom 2. Provides great sound, it's durable, and it travels VERY easily!

Easily portable speaker that is highly usable in common situations - around the house, tailgates and by the pool. Surprisingly strong sound for the size.
