Speakers sound was crisp and clean at the store, but muffled in my rooms at home. Rooms are large, so that may play into it. The multi speaker connection is poor. 3 UE speakers are within 12 feet of each other, but if someone walks between phone and speakers, speaker will go in and out and sometimes disconnects. I'm disappointed because of so many positive reviews about the multi speaker play. I guess wifi speakers are more suited for my application. I would recommend for 1 speaker application, but not multi room or for large rooms.

This speaker dies too quick and cannot be used while charging, it will just shut off. Not recommended for a party, maybe ok to use while cleaning the house or taking a shower.

Got a great deal for this on black friday. Would definitely not pay full price however. Go ahead and pay a bit more for better quality

I looked at a lot of reviews before purchasing and it was loud but when you turn the volume all the way up it produced a muffled sound. I returned it due to lack of clarity.

Not as good as I was told, read, or expected. It doesn't have deep or rich bass whatsoever. That's the main problem for me. Hip hop doesn't sound as good as it could.

I purchased this U.E. wireless speaker online as a gift for my Husband. After seeing all of the good reviews and that at one point this speaker was nearly $200. I thought it would be much better. I was actually embarrassed to even give it to my Husband after hearing it's actual sound quality but I didn't have time to return it in time for Christmas so unfortunately I had to give it to him with a little note apologizing for getting him such junk and that we will have to return/exchange it for something better... I only paid $60. and I feel like that was even a RIP off after hearing it. There are speakers out there that cost less than $50. that are better.

I had the original UE boom and really liked it. Had it for about 2 years. So when I found out the new model was out I rushed to buy it. Amazon did not have it yet so I picked it up at a local Best Buy. Boy oh boy do I love it!! It is the same size as the previous one but it just feels more solidly built. I compared the two and noticed a difference. The new one was louder and a little crisper in sound. I played a song off spotify and it was very loud & clear. Loving it so far. Not sure how the battery life is as the previous when I blast it at the max it only last 2-3 hours. That is probably due to the type of music I was playing and it plays louder. Hoping this one last longer or even the same since it is more powerful. We will see but so far so good. For people that never heard about the UE boom when they first hear it they always ask what model and wonder how it can be so loud. I would recommend this speaker to people who like to have little parties or even mid size parties and need something portable.

I was not impressed much with the sound of these speakers for the price that I paid. They did jar a bit when increasing the volume. Otherwise on the whole not bad.

I was looking to get a small portable blutooth speaker for traveling. I was looking at the JBL Charge 2+ or this and decided to go with the UE due to the waterproof feature up to 3 feet. There isn't as much base as I would like but the sound is really clear and carrys well throughout the room. Its nice and compact and blends in well. The app for the iPhone is a really nice feature as well.

This speaker is loud and sounds really good but the battery life just isn't good. Maybe 45 minutes to 1 hour of Bluetooth play then needs to be charged again.

The speaker was fine. However you performed a switch bait by not providing the charger shown in the parts and instructions!!!!!

Speaker was just incredible in the beginning. Fantastic sound from a small speaker - just fantastic. But soon problems developed, and I could not connect my iPhone via Bluetooth. I was doing everything the same - same location, same commands, same everything until I just got disgusted and returned to Best Buy.

It suddendly it stop to reproduce at 2nd day. Customer service with ultimate ear has been a pain. They responde 1 email per day with no solution.

Good range and sound. The battery died in a little over an hour. Returned

Speaker has a decent enough sound (hi-fidelity is a thing of the past) but Boom 2 totally flopped on supposed ability to "pair" two (2) or more speakers. UE customer service was useless. After numerous emails over a period of days - their "techs" opinion was, "it's defective". Even UE representative on store floor was unable to successfully pair speakers or offer advice. So buy it if you plan to use it as a "stand-alone" speaker - skip it if you want to pair two or more.

Good for outdoor parties but a bit cumbersome to use with the iPad. Play quality not great with many pauses not due to our wifi. Overpriced in my opinion.

Doesn’t have enough base. Doesn’t have a full rich sound. I have a JBL Bluetooth speaker which sounds much better.

I bought these speakers from best buy after being promised wonderful things including *up to 15 hours of battery life* which was the major attraction to begin with! I am sure i received a faulty product as i hear "critical battery please charge" just within one hour of use after even overnight charging!! it seems the battery life just gets worse and worse! and I traveled with it hoping to be able to use it for a great summer, and although the other qualities are up to par, the battery dying on me makes my soul cringe!! very disappointed with this product and with best buy!!!

Lasted just over a year, I loved it, used it a lot, didn't last long enough for the money to me.
