This thing has taken so many beatings over the years and still works great. Still holds a long charge. I use it daily. Great sound quality at just the right level for a speaker this size.

Defective product

So it was wasted money on something that dies ten minutes after turning it on. It also doesn't play or stay on while charging. So if I didn't have such a defective product I would enjoy it more. But from what I have, I was better off sticking with the smaller version of this-Wonderboom.

Posted .Hi Queen. Sorry to see you're having performance issues with your Boom 2 LE speaker. You do have a 2 year warranty with the purchase of the speaker that can be claimed for a replacement to get sent to you. Also sometimes, issues like that can be corrected with the firmware updates via the Boom app. But if you still have any questions, check out the Ultimate Ears support page at https://support.ultimateears.com/en/boom2/. Poor connectivity

Playing from the playlist in the preset order has no issues.

Stick with the Wonderboom

Loud but no bass

Diffcult Set Up
