Customer Ratings & Reviews

This this is tiny, and for its size it produces a lot of sound. Highs and mids are good, even at higher volume levels, but it has no base. Pretty good product.

I didn't know the boom 3 existed until I already had the boom 2, but quickly become no problem once I tested out the the boom 2's sound. It's loud, bass is decent, and easy to connect. The color is pretty, I like that the orange is noticeable, but be careful because I can get dirty- looking.

Sound is awesome. Easy to use and charge. Neat packaging. On line help is easy setup.

Loved this speaker and has an amazing sound. nice long lasting battery and long range

Love this it works great and has great sound also very easy to use

Considering this is waterproof And fairly small, it has amazing sound! Very happy!!!

nice sound and you can pair up with another one for enhanced sound. compact for travel.

Awesome little speaker very loud and clear, good battery life and quick charge time. In all pretty good speaker although a bit pricey so I give it 4/5 stars.

Everything about this speaker is true. Except for the 100 feet of wireless bluetooth. The sound begins to skip at about 60 feet. Besides that, I love it. I keep throwing it in water to trick my friends; then THEY'RE impressed. I will definitely buy a second one to place at a different part of the house for a party.

This speaker is really loud. Its small and i love that it fits in my bag.

Like the fact that you can turn the speaker on and off with the app! Awesome sound

I love the sound and easy to set up. Nice and compact I take it on trips with me

Has good sound and is easy to pair with devices. I haven't had any problems so far.

Really like it, but have not tried to see how long the battery will last. Good sound quality and easy to connect with the Bluetooth. Also like that it has the input jack.

This product is very easy to use and has great sound. Blue tooth connects right away

First I have tried over 40 speakers in every brand. This unit is really good, gets loud, sounds clean, very rugged...but it lacks the low end. The 360 is a plus and is why I chose this over the charge 3, that I returned do to poor sound. I have 3 stars cause the low end lacking and the ridiculous price. This would be a great but at $100- $120 it would be the best at that price...but oh well. Just be aware that these units do have battery issues, its a hit or miss. If it works great, then this unit is a win!

Small enough to take with anywhere, big enough to produce great sound.

I purchased 2 of these from Best Buy a year or so ago. At first I loved these like everyone else. I would have written a raving review when I first got them. But long term ownership is a poor experience which many here will soon discover. First, the batteries and charging circuitry is poor. The batteries used in these units are LiPos and have a very limited lifespan with both light useage and heavy useage. There is no way to replace the batteries without opening the unit, cutting wires, purchasing a new battery yourself (provided you can find one online), and soldering the new battery in. It is a horrible design and this should have been better thought out. Support from the manufacturer, aside from the obvious language barrier has been poor at best with multiple emails back and forth with each asking for some new piece of information in a never ending non-helpful thread.

Very good sound quality, nice design. Put inside the water and still works after that.

Great sound, easy to connect and use. Nice to have.
