We already owned one of these speakers and bought this one so we could have stereo sound. Even though it is not a Bose speaker, the sound is full. We have used them outdoors on our patio and they have provided enough sound (even with many people to absorb the sounds). It, being shaped like a tube, has rolled off of the table one or two times (and landed on the concrete surface) with no negative effects on the performance. The casing is just a little scratched, but the internal workings still produce great sound. The only reason that I gave it only 4 stars is that I feel it is a little on the spendy side.

I bought it on Black Friday special and this has been a great investment. It’s a must have definitely and it sounds better than the competition.

I love this little speaker. I bought one for my husband years ago and have wanted one as well. It’s easy to us and convenient to take on the go.

OMG this speaker is loud and clear. Box says it can be connected to 150 other boom speakers but I have no use for that. Don't know who would really. This is the loudest & clearest speaker Ive owned. Perfect for outdoor work with its bluetooth connection

Great sound from such a small speaker. Bought two and I was able to link them through the UE app super easy. You are able to remotely connect via bluetooth, turn on the speaker, use volume controls and of course change songs from the app with ever touching the speaker! Conveniently though, you also can skip songs, pause music and use your phone via "tapping" the speaker itself......

Theres plenty of sound that comes from this small speaker. Love to have this next to the pool and not a problem because it is waterproof. Might have to upgrade to the bigger version for even more sound. Would be nice if you could charge a phone from the battery in the speaker ... but not an issue for me.

Picked this up to use at the pool on vacation and inside. We reviewed several different blue tooth speakers including 2 options from Bose. We wanted something that would provide great sound to hear outside with lots of background noise in the area. For the sound, size and price, you can't beat this UE Boom2 speaker. The sounds quality including base is outstanding for it's size.

Had a friend who had an older model of the UE Boom, I saw that Best Buy a flash sale on this, and quickly purchased it on line and picked up in store. I currently have a Bose system in my living room, which you can hear through the whole house, but I use the UE Boom for when I'm doing yard work. It is extremely loud, and great quality! Will be purchasing the UE Megaboom very soon!

Love these speakers. I also have the original UE Boom and these speakers have awesome battery life. Seems like I hardly ever have to charge it!

This speaker is loud and it does sound good. But I don’t know why I couldn’t control with touch control like how the product website says. I gotta use my phone to answer phone, play or pause music

Good sound quality on these speakers. They go pretty loud and the battery lasts a long time without needing to plug it in. Bluetooth connection works well.

This speaker works well for what it's designed for, it's got some pretty decent bass, good acoustics, and is very easy to use. If you have 2, you can pair them up with the UE Boom app, but it does seem a lot more cumbersome to do than it should be. I've also noticed that the speakers will start stuttering if there's a fair amount of distance (30 feet or so) and obstructions (walls in particular) between them. Pairing is very simple and the output is strong for indoor or outdoor use. The nice thing is you can put this anywhere it may come into contact with water without worries as well.
