Excellent Speaker, "Tap" controls aren't great

Being able to power it up remotely is pretty convenient. I like everything about it with one exception... There is a feature that allows you to tap the speaker once to pause whatever you're listening to and tap twice to skip to the next track. In theory, it would be very useful. However, "tapping" is not how I would describe it. You have to hit the thing pretty hard in a rather specific manner in order for it to work and because of this, you end up pausing it 90% of the time while trying to skip tracks. Maybe I was doing it wrong but I mostly just tried to forget the feature existed. The speaker is much more enjoyable that way.

The Boom2

It's loud, bass is decent, and easy to connect. The color is pretty, I like that the orange is noticeable, but be careful because I can get dirty- looking.

The sound is awesome!!! Everyone really enjoys it. I was a little worried about the battery life. There were a few times that it did not last as long as I thought it should but it was on max volume and was charged a few days before. Used it on RAGBRAI this past week and lasted each day with butt on seat time of over 4 hours each day.
