Very impressed with the quality of the speaker. Super easy to pack up and carry. Great for the beach, tail gates, sports practices and pre-game, and around the house. Long battery life.

Easy to set up and speaker has great sound. Love the fact that it is compact and easy to transport. Tap feature isn't used very often, app needs to be downloaded in order for it to work.

This little cylindrical fella has fantastic output for its size. It's waterproof with a durable exterior so I can take it with me wherever I go and not worry about it getting tipped over, beat up or splashed on. Friend had the original Boom and I was blown away by the sound from such a small footprint. Look forward to trying to link a few of these together with their sync feature. Low maintenance, easy to use -- what's not to love?

Speaker sound is great love it. The Bluetooth works great and simple to pair. I use my iPhone and iPad. It's louder that you could imagine or expect.

This is my 5th Bluetooth speaker and by far the best in sound quality. The bass is amaxing. Fun color, sturdy build and perfect size for portability

I bought this for my teenage family member, even though another brand/model was suggested, because of the water resistance feature combined with equal or better sound. The Bluetooth pairs quickly, has excellent sound quality, and has amazing volume for a speaker this size. We have had it several weeks now and I feel it will hold up for a long time. It is an excellent product, made a great gift, Best Buy had it in stock and it was on sale. Perfect!

I bought this speaker off of a few things a look forward on a speaker when i buy them long battery life , waterproof , shock prof , and easy to connect to Bluetooth as well.

-Great speaker with an even better discount. - Battery: I've had this speaker for a very short time so I can't say wether it has battery issues (read other comments and watched some videos of people complaining that the battery was awful). Til now it has worked great. - Sound: It's not the loudest or bass heavy speaker out there definitely, but it produces a very nice balanced sound overall. It gets really loud with minimal distortion, would recommend for a small to medium-sized room. -Compared to other speakers: Own a UE Megaboom and JBL Charge 3. The UE Megaboom produces the same balanced tone sound but being bigger in size it obviously sounds louder and has a heavier bass. The JBL Charge 3 is also bigger than the BOOM 2 (almost like the megaboom) and is definitely inclined to the bass response. -Portability: If you're looking for something that's on-the-go this is an easy choice. It's sturdy but not really heavy and it's size makes it easy to fit almost anywhere. Being water resistant is a great bonus if you plan to use it outdoors. -Price: Being that I got it on discount I can't really justify the price over other speakers. Regular pricing is higher than the JBL Charge 3 and cheaper than the Megaboom. -Music choice: I would recommend this speaker to someone who doesn't listen a lot of bass-heavy music, since it lacks in that department (get the Charge 3 or the megaboom if you can afford it instead). But, if you need something that has a very nice neutral sound, great portability, and is very well built this is a great option for you.

This beat out the Bose wave radio portable. The sound in both the music and phone modes is phenomenal. The best noise reduction in any Bluetooth. The omnidirectional sounds and bass still blow me away. The battery is very long lasting. I have knocked it into the pool accidentally once it is truly waterproof. The pool sound is awesome by the way.

Initially I came home with a Bose Speaker that was slightly cheaper than the UE Boom & of course was a trusted name. I was very disappointed with the Bose speaker, returning it for the UE Boom 2. I couldn't be happier that I did!! This is an awesome speaker with great sound quality. I like the additional features the UE Boom offers that are unique, such as the speaker being waterproof, the ability to pair the speaker to another UE Boom speaker within your home, and the UE Boom app that comes along with the speaker purchase in which you can change settings to the equilizer based on the song you are listening to. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Great quality sound with so many perks. The first generation was water resistant but this was improved with water proof. The durability is always top notch with UE.

The Boom 2 has excellent sound quality with an amazing amount of bass. It also has a surprising amount of volume and can easily be heard in loud environments.

I had been eyeing a few bluetooth speakers for quite awhile, but never this one; however, this one was heavily discounted one day and so I decided to go ahead and purchase it and I am so glad I did. It sounds amazing, battery life is awesome, get's loud as heck, it's waterproof and shockproof, and I just love it. I use it far more than I anticipated too. Great buy in my opinion.

I love the UE Boom 2. It is very durable, great battery life, great sound, and it is waterproof. Battery is replaceable and has the Boom 2 has a 2 year warranty!! Two or more speakers can be paired together for stereo sound or for party mode with 3 or more!! Tons of features and a cool app for smartphones make this the speaker to buy if you want great sound and durability.

A great loud speaker with amazing bluetooth connection that doesn't fail (unlike Bose). Amazing sound. I listen mainly to indie-rock and alt-country. The bass is just right and now overpowering like on some speakers. Excellent battery life. Well-built and rugged. Easy to use and connect. I'm always bringing mine out onto my deck so I can hear music when working outside. Love!

This speaker is amazing. My girlfriend and I were looking for a speaker to use on all our adventures we go on. This speaker can go anywhere with you bike rides, camping trips, beach days, hikes or even to the park while having a picnic. We also use it while we watch tv shows or movies on our laptops with its Bluetooth ability. It has great sound quality and it's crystal clear when turned up not crackling sounds or distortion. Highly recommended for music lovers of all types.
