Excellent speaker for the deck or pool. Can be linked to another UE device. Very happy with the battery at how long it lasts before recharging is necessary. One negative, the charger port is ridiculously difficult to plug into. No idea why the manufacturer just doesn't make it a 'C' charging port instead of an older 'A' port. Stupidly irritating.

This portable speaker has great sound and is easy to carry anywhere with you in your backpack. I am kind of a klutz so I tend to drop stuff, and yes I have dropped this speaker more than once on concrete, tile, carpet with no damage and still has awesome sound. I haven't tried direct water (in a pool) as advertised but the steam of the shower does not affect it.

This is a upgrade from the UE BOOM 2, Now it stays true to its 360 sound, unless the boom 2 it has some of its speaker covered where the volume buttons are.

The sound quality is excellent. Big Bang for a small package. Used it at the beach...perfect for sand never a worry about getting wet.

Amazing speaker, very versatile. Use it as pc speakers, also brought it out to the beach and sound was still good!

My only complain is that once it runs out of battery it takes forever to charge and turn back on. Other than that it’s a great speaker!
