Great speaker and sound

great gift for mom

Often times, issues like this can be resolved by making sure the speaker is up to date using the free Ultimate Ears app. Otherwise, you do have a 2 year limited warranty that comes with purchase that can be used to have the battery replaced. UE Boom Defective

It paired one time and once I turned it off it will not pair anymore. i had been out of town and just now getting to where I can check ont his and now I have missed my return date. This is my second ue boom and which the other worked perfectly which is why I purchased another one. I am going to try to send to the manufacturer but I will no longer buy another UE Boom product.
