Great sound, but serious charging issues..

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sound is fantastic, but it has the worlds WORST set of instructions- even on the website or app. For example, it say to check the battery level, press the volume and and the volume down indicators at the same time. Then what? I have yet to have anything happen when I do that, is it supposed to announce it? Or is there some indicator somewhere? Beats me - and they sure don’t feel the need to tell you. The. Other problem, and it is a significant one, is that they are prone to stop charging after not a very long time. I’ve had mine less than a year and it simply decided not the charge. I tried 3 different cables and 3 different chargers, but when I opened the app in a desperate attempt to see if there was something to fix his, suddenly it started charging BUT it isn’t charging over 90%, according to the app. This is really unacceptable for a $150 speaker. I have contacted support; we’ll see if anything happens, but I’m not overly thrilled with this because of the charging issue. And in looking for a solution, I have seen I’m not the only one with this,problem.
