One weird thing

That is, while it's charging from a very low charge level, it won't play. Never had this happen with a product before. So, not recommended by this user.

Great speaker for great price

Speaker won't charge

My son loved it and the sound was great too. However, after 4 and a half months, the speaker won't charge. It is plugged in and there is no indication of it being charged. The speaker won't turn on either. Rather disappointing.

Defective

Byt I’ve only had it for a few weeks and it won’t hold charge. It won’t even play while on the charger. I would have it charging for 5 hrs and it would die in 10 mins of playing. I don’t think that is how it work haven’t had the chance to take it back yet glad I have insurance. Very disappointing

Have you tried reset the speaker? 1)Your ULTIMATE EARS speaker needs to be turned on, in not press once Power Button. 2) Now press together Volume Down Button and Power Key and hold it for over 10 seconds.
3)When you hear a short tone, it means that reset is complete and you can release buttons. Great Sound - Not Battery
