Not a beach boom

Then when I crank the volume the life is only 4 hours. I would buy a more powerful speaker, I thought this one would suffice considering the $220 price tag and now I am beyond return date. :( If you offer me a store credit I will upgrade to a larger unit. Thank you

Water proofed sound

Use it in shower, around house & backyard. Can turn on from phone. Long lasting battery though not 20 hrs. More like 15 at mid+ volume which it’s still great. Takes almost 3 hours to fully charge. Can connect to other Megaboom 3 for stereo sound. Excellent value bundle. Currently on sale for $249. Which is a steal for a true quality sounding speaker. Only negatives for some: No aux cable, Bluetooth only. No USB-C.

Weird distortion, average sound quality

I used to champion this product but it seems like the one I got sounds worse that the unit I had to replace. The speaker has always had some distorition at max volume, but this one seems to distort at 60-70% which makes for a very mediocre listening experience.

This speaker makes a really great gift!

They thought it was a super great gift. I don't really know if it is any good as a speaker but as a gift it is super awesome!
