Not as good as expected

I was expecting much more from this speaker since it's the "MEGA" version and the next generation. I love the aesthetic and the fact that it's waterproof but the sound is not nearly as rich on lower volume levels. Also, as a person who loves bass, I am saddened that bass doesn't sound very good with this speaker. Overall, it's decent but I wish I had more time & the means (I was desperate during COVID-19 for a new speaker) to explore some other options.

I highly recommend it. My favorite two features: the ability to turn it on/off from the app and the equalizer in the app.

Good bass!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a couple of other UE speakers and was hesitant about spending the $$$ for this one, since the Wonderboom 1 bass, didn't wow me, although it was loud though. Then I got the UE Boom 2, I liked the features on that one with the aux out ability, but lacking the bass that I hoped it had also. When this one (the UE Megaboom 3) went on sale, I jumped on it! While not as loud as I hoped it would be, it definitely has the bass that I was looking for. Only thing is it doesn't have aux out. Otherwise, it's a solid speaker! I would recommend!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I try to give this portable Bluetooth speaker a chance I've owned the original wonder boom I own the wonder boom 2 and this one I got because I thought it would be a little bit louder have a better Bluetooth but it doesn't the Bluetooth is very choppy I use it with my S10+ I use it with my TV Samsung 58" screen 4K and it's choppy and I think the original wonder boom is even louder than this 1 with better Bluetooth connectivity it's just disappointing even though it was on sale I would never pay that price again
